A Long Island story

After Wantagh, Bang Bang is headed to 2904 Long Beach Road in Oceanside, where it signed a 10-year lease on a roughly 1,500-square-foot corner spot that was once a smoothie shop. That one is slated for the end of 2026.

Then comes Melville, at 718 Walt Whitman Road, planned for spring 2027. At about 1,600 square feet, it will be the biggest of the bunch.

The menu is build-your-own with plenty of house favorites, like the All American Burrito with marinated steak, bacon, french fries and Bang Bang sauce. Yes, fries inside the burrito. Long Island approves.

Wantagh was not yet listed among the open locations on the Bang Bang website at last check, and the company has been hiring for the new restaurant. We will update you the minute the doors open.
