Bay Shore, Santa’s skipping the milk and cookies this year. Looking for a Santa brunch on Long Island in 2026? Brightwaters Farms is bringing back its Christmas Extravaganza, with weekend breakfasts and brunches with the big guy.
Brunch comes with a sleigh ride and a free family photo with Santa. On the menu: Christmas waffles, a hot buffet and a hot cocoa bar. Adult tickets include bottomless mimosas. Kids under 2 eat free.

The rest of the farm is a full holiday day out. Hayrides, farm animals, a playground, and appearances from Rudolph, the elves, Frosty and the Grinch. Marshmallow roasting and animal feed cost extra. Santa is around all day on weekends and after 4 p.m. on weekdays.

Need a tree? They’ve got hundreds of cut Christmas trees, plus wreaths, roping, kissing balls and mistletoe. The country store, barn and bakery have gifts, pies, lunch and hot cider doughnuts fresh off the rack.
