1. Entertainment and information
WLIT.FM is a Long Island radio station run by WLIT RADIO LLC, a Mainstream Entertainment Group Inc. company (“WLIT.FM,” “we,” “us”). Everything on our website (wlit.fm), in our app and on air is for entertainment and general information. It isn't professional, legal, financial, medical or any other kind of advice.
2. Accuracy
We work to keep news, schedules and listings accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that everything is complete or correct at every moment. Show times can change for live broadcasts and holidays.
3. Events can change
Event dates, times, lineups, prices and venues come from venues, promoters and ticket sellers, and they can change or be canceled. Always check with the venue or the ticket seller before you go. WLIT.FM isn't responsible for events we don't run ourselves.
4. Tickets and third-party links
Our pages link to other websites, including StubHub and other ticket sellers, venues, podcast platforms and social media. We don't control those sites, their prices, fees, refund rules or content. Your purchase is between you and the seller, under their terms.
Some ticket and partner links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, WLIT.FM may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It helps keep the stream free.
5. No endorsement
Listing an event, business, venue or product, or linking to another site, doesn't mean we endorse it, unless we clearly say so. Advertisements and sponsored content are the advertiser's responsibility.
6. Hosts and guests speak for themselves
Opinions shared by our DJs, hosts, guests, callers and contributors are their own and don't necessarily reflect the views of WLIT.FM, WLIT RADIO LLC or Mainstream Entertainment Group Inc.
7. Contests, giveaways and sweepstakes
Every contest, giveaway or sweepstakes we run follows its own official rules, which explain who can enter, how to enter, the odds and the prizes. If something we say on air or online doesn't match the official rules, the official rules apply. No purchase is necessary unless the rules say otherwise and the law allows it.
8. The stream and the app
We work hard to keep WLIT.FM on 24/7, but the stream, website or app may sometimes be unavailable because of technical problems, maintenance or things outside our control.
