A Long Island story
Every Long Island kid has an Adventureland memory. Now a new generation gets theirs. When construction wraps in 2027, the park will have 29 rides.
One goodbye: the Antique Cars, part of the park in some form since 1965, have been retired. Honk once for them.
“We look forward to welcoming families back to the park in 2027 to celebrate this special milestone with us,” park manager Jeanine Pacella told Greater Long Island.
We’ll share opening dates here and on air as soon as they’re announced. Keep it locked to WLIT.FM.
