A Long Island story
Three young students were honored for their growth this year, with families from Brookville, Levittown and Woodbury sharing how far their kids have come. One little guy now sings “Happy Birthday” to his dad.
“Events like Variety’s Boo! Walk are about so much more than fundraising,” said Variety CEO Janet Koch.
The money helps Variety grow its programs and try new ideas beyond what traditional funding covers. That’s a Halloween treat that lasts all year.
Big love to everyone who walked. Keep it locked to WLIT.FM.
