Nassau, your weekend plans just got delicious.

Hacienda Tulum, Long Beach
Steak and margaritas with an ocean view. Hacienda Tulum serves Pat LaFrieda beef, from filet to cowboy and cowgirl cuts, plus oysters, whole fish and a raw bar.
Don’t sleep on the sliced rib-eye taco with an Oaxaca cheese crust. There are a dozen specialty cocktails, indoor and outdoor seating, and a speakeasy-style agave bar on the way.
Dom’s Famous Chicken Fingers, Plainview
Crispy fingers, signature honey mustard, crinkle-cut fries and garlic toast. Simple and perfect.
There are Sweet Heat and Buffalo sandwiches too, and a loaded mac and cheese bowl topped with fingers and fries. The recipe goes back to Dominick’s Italian-American Deli in New Hyde Park, which opened in 1995.
Yalos Greek Taverna, Island Park
Think grilled oysters, whole branzino, octopus and lamb chops, with classic Greek spreads on the side.
Nearly 40 Greek wines, a full cocktail bar, Sunday brunch and outdoor seating. Bring the whole crew for this one.
A Long Island story
A family deli recipe going fast-casual, a boardwalk getting a serious dinner spot, and South Shore seafood done Greek style. That’s Long Island eating at its best.
